Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Appointments can be scheduled directly through the House of Moon website, or by calling or texting 570-991-5110. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. Deposit and Payment A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total session cost. The remaining balance is due prior to your session and can be paid online through the website or via [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo. Cash is accepted. Checks are not. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a charge for the full session fee. Cancellations and changes can be made through the link in your confirmation email, directly on the website, or by texting or calling 570-991-5110, or by emailing jaclynkmoon@gmail.com. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, it will be considered a no-show. You will be charged the full cost of the service, and your deposit will not be refunded.
